Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week , parents/guardians are requested to come and complete the ACS 2020-21 online registration and select which instructional model you would like for your child for the upcoming school year: Option 1- Hybrid Model - A Day/B Day - 2 days of face to face and 3 elearning days Option 2: ACS Virtual Academy - 100% virtual. Come to AES on one of the following days to register and receive a free clear bookbag: Monday, July 20- 8:30-4:30 Tuesday, July 21 - 8:30- 4:30 Wednesday, July 22- 12 noon - 7:00 pm Even if you have registered still come in and select a model. Please wear your mask and practice social distancing.
ALL ABOARD! Summer School will begin on July 6 for all students who have been invited and turned in their application in a timely manner. Parents have been contacted if their child will be participating. All students will need to report on June 30 from 8:00 - 12:00 for iReady testing. Ipads will be distributed and professional development will be held for students and parents on the use of the virtual platform. If you have questions, please call the school.

All students who have been invited to Summer School will begin on July 6 however students and parents will need to come to AES on July 30 from 8-12 for iReady testing and parents and students will get assistance with using the virtual platform.
The MUSC School-Based Health team is excited to be able to continue to offer telehealth services while school is closed due to COVID-19 to students in Allendale County School District. MUSC School-Based Health providers are available to continue to see patients for asthma and acute care needs through a secure video connection (or via phone if the family does not have access to the internet). In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, Governor McMaster has declared all South Carolina schools closed effective immediately. All ACS schools will be closed for 2 weeks. All ACS employees will report to work on tomorrow at regular time to prepare e-Learning (online learning) for our students.

Today, the Allendale County Parks and Recreation Department presented Allendale County Schools with the Tiger Pride Award for the 2019 football season. ACS was given this award as a token of appreciation for allowing the ACPRD to use the District's facilities throughout the season. We thank you for this award, Ms. Lori Joyner and Mr. Lexie Brown. Allendale County Schools will not have Saturday School, December 7, 2019 due to student participation in the Allendale Christmas parade. Saturday School will resume Saturday, December 14.
It's almost that time again! Our Monthly Community Meeting will be held on Monday, November 25th at 6 PM at Allendale-Fairfax High School in the Multipurpose Room! In lieu of our traditional ACS Monthly Community Meeting for the month of October, Allendale County Schools will host the ACS Community-Wide Fall Festival! The event will include face-painting, storytelling, trunk-or-treat, games, music, free books for students and an update from the school district! Come out and join us for a night of fun and reading!

September 6th was the BIG day for the HOUSE System kickoff! Our climate and culture is going to SOAR. Students found out their HOUSE name and the staff members that are a part of their HOUSE. There was a toilet paper roll contest between the HOUSES and music from our favorite DJ, Officer Spiller! HOUSE meetings followed the kickoff.

This summer, our scholars explored STEAM and gained a newfound love for literacy all while learning about countries around the world. We thank our partners Engaging Creative Minds and Dreams, Imagination and Gift (D.I.G.) and Mr. Hayward Jean for making this summer a success for out students!
