Fever

You develop a temperature of 100.4 OR higher

You have been FEVER FREE for 24 hours without taking fever reducing medications.

Cough and other cold symptoms (Wheezing, sore throat, fever, congestion, runny nose)

You have a temperature of 100.4 or higher Or you have problems breathing.

You have been FEVER FREE for 24 hours without taking fever reducing medications and symptoms improve

Sore Throat

Your Doctor suspects Or diagnosis you with Strep Throat

Being cleared by your Doctor or have no symptoms

Eye Discharge

You have redness to one OR both eyes with eye discharge that is yellow or brown

Symptom-free, which means redness and discharge is gone OR with orders from doctor to school nurse.

Vomiting

You have Vomited 2 OR more times in the past 24 hours

Symptom-free for 24 hours OR with orders from doctor to school nurse.

Diarrhea

You have 2 or more loose or watery stools in a day OR unable to control bowel movements

Symptom-free for 24 hours OR with orders from doctor to school nurse.
