Hello Tiger Family,
In honor of America Recycle Week, the JROTC Department of Allendale-Fairfax High School gained professional development on the importance of recycling and their responsibility toward the community and the environment around it.
The cadets enjoyed a morning devoted toward lecture and site visitation of the Allendale Recycling Center/Landfill. The cadets witnessed the work and effort that goes into waste removal and recycling which reinforced the importance of their role in the stewardship of the environmental resources around them.
In an effort to promote recycling and beautifying our community, the JROTC will be participating in a highway clean up on tomorrow, November 22, 2022.
