Our District and High School Strategic Planning Meeting last night was a great start to building a better future for the scholars in Allendale. Teachers, administrators, parents, and community members to collaborate to address concerns in various areas including curriculum, finance, facilities, and attendance. Questions at the roundtables prompted insightful perspectives and innovative solutions. We appreciate everyone who came to support us and our mission to restore our district's power and potential.

In honor of Thanksgiving Break, Superintendent Dr. Cave has approved a dress-down day for all staff and students tomorrow, the last day before break. Students are not required to wear uniforms, but all attire should remain tasteful and school-appropriate. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and heart. Our partnership with One Blood is off to an amazing start! Yesterday we hosted our first blood drive together and welcomed over 20 generous donors. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who donated blood and helped out during the event. With someone needing blood every two seconds, every donation can help save a live. We are grateful for all the support and participation we received!
Students don't forget that our Food & Nutrition Staff will be sponsoring Big Thursday on tomorrow! In honor of the big Carolina vs Clemson game students can elect to wear garnet and black or purple and orange to support their team. Stickers will be randomly placed under lunch trays for a chance to be entered into a prize drawing. Our winner from each school will be announced on Friday morning and entered into a statewide drawing. Make sure you each lunch in the cafeteria for your chance to win a free gift card!

We are excited to announce our SC Report Card findings! We are proud of our elementary and middle schools' average rating. Our high school was able to make a 5 point gain due to our growing Algebra I scores. All of our progress is bringing us closer to regaining independence and continuing our commitment to excellence.

Our Food Drive with United Way was a fulfilling event that filled hearts and pantries! Seeing our students come together for a good cause was truly inspiring. They loved getting involved and giving back to support our community. We’re grateful to have the opportunity to serve in such a meaningful way.
Tre'quan Jenkins, one of our Senior football players, has been named the Linebacker of the Year for Class A Region 4. Jenkins was a top player for our league, averaging 7 tackles per game last season. He is a consistent and disruptive defensive player, proving to be a pivotal player on our team. Congratulations to Jenkins for this major feat!
We are proud to announce our very own Tre'quan Jenkins, Tra'von Eady, and Cranerius Nickens as All-Region players for the region.
