We will have a 2-hour delayed start on Monday, January 26th due to the storm that occurred over the weekend. The elementary school will start at 9:30 am, middle school and high school will start at 10:15am. All after-school programs and athletic activities will be cancelled until further notice.
We understand this may cause inconvenience for families. However, the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. Please ensure that all students are dressed appropriately for the weather as temperatures are expected to reach below 30 degrees. Continue to monitor local news outlets and our official social media channels for the latest weather updates.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these decisions are never taken lightly and are made only when recommended by the Allendale Emergency Management Team.

Families we are still anticipating the impending weather. As a precautionary measure, students will be taking home district issued devices and support meals in the event we resort to an E-learning day. Continue to monitor local news outlets and our official social media channels for the latest weather updates.
The Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26th has been postponed until February 2nd due to the storm expected to impact our region this weekend.
Please note that the delay of the Board Meeting does not indicate a decision regarding school on Monday. At this time, no determination has been made about school operations. We value instructional time and will only resort to E-learning if absolutely necessary to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
An update regarding Monday’s schedule will be provided Sunday afternoon after we receive the latest and most accurate update from our Allendale Emergency Management Team.
